You can always count on Democratic candidates for president to bash millionaires, even while cultivating their friendship and support behind the scenes. Yet and still, what you are never likely to hear is their inclusion of college presidents in this august group.

Nevertheless, the latest Chronicle of Higher Education tells us that “32 leaders of private colleges earned more than $1 million in 2013.” Here they are:
