The European Common Security and Defence Policy is one of the most dynamic areas of the development of the European Union and the need for a European approach with regard to international security is commonly agreed on.
The future leaders of the armed forces, which will guarantee the security of the Union, are today military students and cadets. They must be made aware of their role and responsibilities in the development of defence in common. They must learn Europe. These future military elites must also learn and train for acting jointly with view to achieving peace for the European Union and worldwide. They must live Europe.
