“Gender Ideology Myths”

By Donna Garner

The gender ideology myths are being pushed in public schools across our country, and major groups in Texas are pushing for these gender ideology myths to be included in the new Health Education TEKS (public school curriculum standards for Grades K-12).

To find out more about these major “gender ideology myth” groups, please read the following article:  9.19.19 — “The Devious Three Launch Their Assault on Texas Students” — By Donna Garner – EdViews.org

Texas is in the midst of reviewing/revising its Health Education TEKS.  Here is the Texas Education Agency link that explains the full Health Education TEKS adoption process:

The list of people who have been chosen to serve on the Health Education TEKS work groups (i.e., writing groups) has not yet been finalized.

Every person who is concerned about the sexualization of young people and the gender ideology myths that are pouring through our society needs to watch these three excellent presentations by Dr. Quentin VanMeter, the President of the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds).

In particular, those people who are trying to decide what should be put in the new Health Education TEKS need to watch these presentations which are based upon authentic medical science.

Dr. VanMeter, MD is an endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism specialist in Atlanta, GA and has been practicing for 39 years. Here are the three excellent video presentations by Dr. VanMeter:

*8.15.19 – video – “Bringing Transparency to the Treatment of Transgender Persons” —

[In this presentation, Dr. Van Meter tracks the entire history behind the transgender movement, giving behind-the-scenes information that explains how this transgender movement came to be.  All parents and people in the general public need to watch this video to help them understand and counter the false transgender ideology.]

8.16.19 – video — “Interview With Dr Van Meter” —

[Dr. VanMeter, President of the American College of Pediatricians, answers questions candidly and compassionately regarding the treatment of transgender children under 18. This press conference was held outside the Texas Medical Board on August 16, 2019.]

8.16.19 — “Dr. VanMeter Speaks to Texas Medical Board:

[Dr. VanMeter informs the Texas Medical Board of huge problems with the current medical interventions taking place with minor children in Texas and across the world.  He also gives the history of transgender treatments with minor children, which have been very harmful in many cases after ten years have passed. Finally he informs them that some European medical groups are calling for a halt to treating children under 18 years of age, since most children resolve their gender dysphoria after they have passed through puberty. He challenges the Texas Medical Board to call for a serious discussion of this issue, so that only accurate, helpful medical protocols will be followed in Texas for minor children suffering from gender dysphoria. All parents of children suffering from gender dysphoria should take special note of his compassionate, professional, and loving approach to this very important issue.]

Dr. VanMeter is the President of the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) which is a far different organization (with a far different philosophy) than the American Academy of Pediatricians — AAP.
