A teacher is designing the curriculum and you have to follow it. Learning methods are also decided by the teacher. The time has changed and in many countries, the teachers are now adapting their teaching methods as per the needs of the students. For example, some students like teaching on the blackboard while some prefer presentation-based learning. Some students want to learn by practicals and not just theory.
