Preparing for the exam is not an easy task. And it is not so only because of your tough syllabus. Make a study schedule:

A study schedule that fits your daily life is necessary. Just make sure that you have enough time to study every day, in order to avoid any last-minute preparations. Don’t leave anything for the last minute. Have enough time to revise also. This will help you in avoiding last-minute stress.

Organize your study materials:

Place your study table at the most peaceful and spacious room, with proper lighting which is comfortable for your eyes. You can also opt for some music when you get bored. After proper settings, take a look at all the study materials that you will need. Just organize them in proper order or on the basis of priority. Get enough time to sleep:

Try to avoid too much eating at once. You may feel sleepy or restless this way. A healthy snacking is the best. You can break your diet in small meals and can take after every two hours. Also, try to remain hydrated all day long.

Get some time for meditation:

Meditation is helpful in eliminating mental stress. If you can get some time for your physical fitness, even for 20 minutes every morning, it will be helpful for you. When you sweat during exercise, you remove the lethargy and laziness from your body and your mind gets active with all your stress removed.
