Mexican teacher stops students cheating during exams by putting cardboard boxes on their heads

Parents of children at a school in the central Mexican state of Tlaxcala were furious when their kid’s Ethics teacher planted cardboard boxes on the student’s heads to stop them cheating.

  • Parents demanded teacher’s dismissal from school in Tlaxcala, central Mexico 
  • They referred to the actions as ‘violent’ and said it should not be tolerated  
  • School said it was a dynamic exercise to help with student’s psychomotor skills

A school teacher is in hot water after making students take part in an exam with cardboard boxes on their heads to apparently stop them cheating.

According to local media, parents are outraged at the teacher’s unusual exam condition and have demanded his dismissal from the Bachilleres 01 El Sabinal School in the central Mexican state of Tlaxcala.

Reports said that the Ethics and Values teacher, identified as Luis Juarez Texis, made the class wear boxes on their heads to stop them copying during the exam.
