The right to protest and free speech and the issue of ” Clear and Present Danger”.

Every once in a while something is brought to my attention which raises eyebrows, and in this case leaves me flabbergasted. Please link to the site below to get all of the details.
Apparently some student simply was exercising his right to protest, talk, express concerns, have an opinion and aggravate some administrator. Perhaps the student was a nuisance – but nevertheless – people still have the right to have an opinion about something, and college students simply cannot be expelled for protesting something. How this student presented a ” clear and present danger” is beyond me (sounds like something from a Tom Clancy novel) .
A lot of taxpayer dollars was spent on what should have been some kind of common sense solution.
But often, common sense is not so common.
