SALFORD, 30th August 2011 – The Working Class Movement Library in Salford which is under threat after Salford City Council reduced its funding. the library contains a collection of books, trades union documents and other artefacts charting the struggles of ordinary working class people since the 1780s. the 42 room collection was originslly founded in the 1950s by Ruth and Eddie Frow in their nearby Trafford home.
