Teaching World War II in Schools

Two Pulitzer Prize-winning historians, David Kennedy and Rick Atkinson, talked about how World War II shaped the world to come. Following their keynote addresses, panelists talked about the value and importance of teaching World War II history in schools and presented ideas for improving the way the subject is presented to students.

This event was part of a forum hosted by Pioneer Institute to mark the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day.
