Syracuse.com gives us a visual on how New York State’s Common Core tests are processed.

That’s informative, but I think what more of us would like to know is what happens to the data after the test is scored? How is it used at the local level, state level, and federal level? What third parties does New York allow see the data related to the assessments?

That information is far more relevant to parents I think.
